Coaching leaders. Strengthening teams.
Now more than ever, we need to mobilize and motivate women+ to activate the resources of their voice, their full spectrum of capital, and their influence across all sectors. Like you, we feel the critical need to offer any and all supports to build and nurture the strengths of any woman who wants to step up and get in the game of money, liberation, and healing.
We seek to work with women who are purpose-filled, embodied leaders who may identify as athletes, founders, and/or high achievers . We love working with women working in typical ‘power over’ patriarchal sectors (i.e. finance, technology, media, etc) or national systems change work
Our approach to the work is Fierce - Feminist - Just - Embodied - Playful - Heart Centered.
Join us! We would be honored to coach you and others you know to drive your purpose forward.
*By embodied leaders, we mean leaders who prioritize health, well-being, and physical/spiritual strengths (their own and that of others) and who actively work with the body’s wisdom as part of their everyday leadership. Embodied means living and working as an exemplar of your values.
“The leadership at Changemaker Strategies was fantastic: intellectually clear, charming, inspiring, mind-opening, and thought-provoking. Lots of games, exercises, dyad interactions, and stretching (physically and mentally) to keep us engaged.”

WOMEN&MONEY GATHERINGS
Changemakers Strategies serves as a connector, a catalyst and a platform for lifting up voices in the Social Impact investing and philanthropy ecosystem.. Our community of changemakers is nurtured on the theory of change that women who have played sports, “founder” type leaders, and women who are supported in peer cohorts and/or have mentors and sponsors have a higher rate of success being in political office, in the C-suite, and in leadership in any/all sectors. As well, these women understand (or want to know!) the concepts of ‘playing team’ and are seeking and/or building an intentional and intersectional sisterhood.
INVEST FOR BETTER CLASS
This course is for women interested in investing in private debt and private equity funds, but who either don’t know how to find them or want to learn how to research and diligence the funds they do find. It is also for women who want to delve deeper into investments that support women and climate.
Produced and facilitated by Tuti Scott, an IFB Partner and author of Moving Money for Impact: A Guide to Gender Lens Investing, the course is designed to move participants from interest to knowledge to action.
FREEDOM SCHOOL FOR PHILANTHROPY
Radiant Strategies is proud to incubate Freedom School for Philanthropy.
Inspired by the Freedom Schools established during the Civil Rights era, we pay deep homage to the generations of Black leaders who have always guided social change efforts in this country. We believe that each of us must articulate our way into social change work, and Freedom School for Philanthropy helps U/HNW philanthropists and advisors do just that.
Our next women's cohort will take place in Los Angeles from February 4-7, 2025. To join, please email letarik@radiantstrategies.co to know more.
Our MISSION is to move more resources faster towards equity & justice movements to reach our shared VISION for a thriving multi-racial pluralistic democracy on this land.

“ We believe that healthy leaders, human-centered cultures, impactful plans, and projects drive success.”
The value of this work in business, social finance, and humanity:
The multitude of economic reasons for investing in women as reported by Catalyst, Credit Suisse, World Bank, and Goldman Sachs
The proven premise that 30% of under-represented people need to be in leadership to change culture, behaviors, and resources (Tarr Whalen, 2012)
Women in leadership stalled at less than 15% in multiple sectors (Venture Capital, Finance, Governance, Media)
The “pain body” (Eckhart Tolle) exposure of heteropatriarchal power and racism in our culture harms us all, particularly women of color
94% of women who are in the corporate C-suite played sports (Deloitte)
